Lesson Plans for January 8th-12th, 2018

Reminders:
  1. The FFA Chapter has concession on Thursday Night starting at 3:30 PM
  2. Last week for 7th Graders
  3. Students will start the Farm Game this week


1st Hour (Ag Welding/Ag Business):
  • Monday:
    • The students will start the Homeland Farm Game.  The students will spend 20 day managing a virtual farm.
  • Tuesday and Thursday:
    • The students will work on their metal fire pits
  • Wednesday:
    • The students will be drilled with questions about their Start up business plan
  • Friday:
2nd Hour (Horticulture):
  • Monday: 
    • The students will start on the Farm Game
  • Tuesday and Thursday:
    • The students will work on their engraver project
  • Wednesday:
    • The students will complete the Floral Drying Experiment.
  • Friday:
    • Students will work on their Agriscience Project
3rd Hour (Introduction in Agriculture):
  • Monday:
    • The students will start on the Farm Game
  • Tuesday and Thursday:
    • Students will work on their engraver project
  • Wednesday:
    • Students will continue with How Temperature affects Plant growth
  • Friday:
    • Start on an experiment that determines optimal temperature to plant different crops.
4th Hour (Foundations of Agriculture):
  • Monday:
    • Students will start on the Farm Game
  • Tuesday and Thursday:
    • Students will work on their engraver project
  • Wednesday:
    • Students will continue with Risk in Farming with a decision making game
  • Friday:
    • Students will share their Risk in Business Final
5th Hour (7th Grade Ag):
  • Monday and Tuesday:
    • Students will help Mr. Fritz on writing step by step of making the clock project
  • Wednesday and Thursday:
    • Students will engraver their Star
  • Friday:
    • Final Day of Class for 7th Graders- AET Day
6th Hour (Ag Mech Tech II)
  • Monday:
    • Work on Lamp Project
  • Tuesday and Wednesday:
    • Students work on wiring different outlets
  • Thursday and Friday:
    • Students work on their lamp projects
7th Hour (Prep)
  • No Students
8th Hour (Bulldog)
  • Students work on their homework
